A 30 minute treatment where we focus on your "intent" and help you to relax. This is another treatment that is for everyone.
A shorter reflexology session, about 25 minutes, perfect for those who are unsure or as an "add-on" to another treatment.
Reflexology helps the young ones when they have colic, are teething, are cranky for no apparent reason and when they aren't sleeping.
A session for a baby/toddler is a short 20/25 minute one with bubbles and stories. I will also show you some self help techniques to help you until the next time I see you both.
The length of the session is both age and condition related.
Children who are on the autistic spectrum or have been diagnosed with ADHD may only be able to cope with a short session.
