Matlock Reflexology began as a dream to bring the power of holistic therapy to friends and family and has since blossomed into a thriving, home-grown business. I offer more than just reflexology; in addition to this deeply restorative treatment, I also provide Reiki, all in a warm, welcoming environment where you can truly relax and feel at ease.
I believe in the long-term benefits of regular holistic therapies, and my goal is to work closely with you to prioritize and improve your overall well-being. By taking a holistic approach to your care, I aim to help you achieve lasting results and feel your very best.
Continuing professional development is a key part of my practice, and I regularly take courses to stay informed on the latest trends and research in holistic therapies. I also volunteer at Ashgate Hospice where I have the privilege of collaborating with other therapists and connecting with clients.
