The safety of my clients is paramount and strict measures are in place to ensure that my treatment room meets the regulations required by the government, and my professional association, the Association of Reflexologists.
My treatment room is a Covid-19 Secure workplace and a full Covid-19 risk assessment will be carried out with you the day of your treatment. A strict cleaning protocol is carried out between treatment sessions.
From Monday 19th July, when the final part of the roadmap is completed, the government and scientists “expects and recommends” that face coverings are worn in enclosed spaces and when mixing with people you don’t normally meet, I will therefore continue to wear a face mask in the treatment room and ask that all clients do the same, unless they are exempt.
I feel this is important as I work with a number of vulnerable clients and I want to keep the treatment room as safe as possible, for everyone.
As the situation both locally and nationally changes, I will update and review the policies following advice from the government and my professional association.
